Responsibilities:
Project Management Expertise:
Providing technical guidance and support to project teams on fit-out of Corporate office space based on end user data & design guidelines.
Reviewing and approving designs, drawings, and calculations based on use case.
Ensuring compliance with relevant organizational policies, codes, standards, and statutory regulations.
Identifying and resolving technical issues that may arise during project execution.
Lease Administration:
Maintaining accurate records of lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
Tracking lease expirations, rent escalations, and other critical dates.
Financial Management:
Managing property budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports.
Analyzing property performance metrics and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
Assisting with the preparation of annual operating budgets and capital expenditure plans.
Open ended interest in facility operations:
Supporting Real Estate team in managing programs to improve customer experience.
Developing and utilizing Problem solving abilities in program management.
Presenting data and scenarios to explain to customers and share recommendations based on data and best practices.
Engaging employees or leaders as required along the course of delivering facility projects and programs.
What we’re looking for:
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Two or more years of experience in real estate or facility management/ property management/ construction projects or related experience.
Knowledge of project management principles, lease agreements, and property management practices.
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google suite and working with data.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Master’s degree in Construction management, Civil/Mechanical/Electrical engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with tenants, vendors, and colleagues.
