The Inventory Sr. Analyst-Supply Chain supports activities related to the life cycle and tracking of Verizon network assets. You will be responsible for managing General Contractors performance, assisting Verizon Network Engineering and Network Assurance teams with asset tracking and processing, and partnering with other Verizon supply chain organizations to meet the needs of the business. A large part of your role will be performing audits at offsite locations.

  • Managing General Contractors performance to include scanning compliance, inbound/reverse logistics coordination, all aspects of inventory tracking.

  • Leading and developing market level training for internal and external partners.

  • Providing training to internal and external partners.

  • Training and supporting analysts and supporting learning and development.

  • Training and supporting markets and analysts as a scanner and 1ERP SME.

  • Performing audits at General Contractor locations.

  • CIP Management with Field Engineering involving aging material at General Contractor locations.

  • Building and maintaining key partnerships with both internal and external customers.

  • KPI adherence.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Three or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.

  • Experience in Supply Chain.

  • Inventory Management / Warehouse Experience.

  • Experience utilizing data and analytics to manage and improve operations.

  • Ability to perform team lifts up to 80 lbs.

  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time. 

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • A degree in Supply Chain.

  • Knowledge of Network Engineering Equipment and Operations.

  • Proficiency in Inventory, Finance and Engineering systems (SAP, FUZE, etc).

  • 1ERP and inventory management SME.

  • Attention to detail, data accuracy and quality of output.

  • Communication skills.

  • Scanning experience.

Where you’ll be working

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $64,000.00 and $129,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
