Position Specific Description

The Engineering Construction and Supply Chain’s analytics team is looking for an experienced Senior Professional to support the equipment procurement strategy and allocation process for tax credit optimization. Employees in this job conduct complex analyses that supports informed decision making within the business unit.

Job Overview

• Help define project construction strategies to secure critical tax benefits 

• Plan equipment purchases to secure optimal tax credits consistent with the business forecast and construction strategy

• Define an equipment allocation policy to inform project estimation and optimize utilization runway 

• Coordinate with other business units to plan equipment schedules and ensure adequate equipment delivery timing

• Create equipment utilization forecasts to support amortization schedules for securitized loans

• Conduct training sessions to educate other departments on the impact of construction strategies

• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

• Strong data analytics and modeling skills 

• Strong strategic decision-making skills

• Can manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining a high standard of work

• Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with other business units and leadership

Required Qualifications

• High School Grad / GED
• Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
• Experience: 4+ years
