Job Description
Analyze system requirements, including identifying program interactions and appropriate interfaces between impacted components and subsystems.
Make recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code.
Recommend new technologies and methodologies to management for meeting business needs, resolving problems and exploiting opportunities. Remains current with new technologies.
Participate in software system testing and validation procedures, programming and documentation.
Provide technical advice and assist in solving programming problems.
Ensure proper analysis of problems and programming approaches to prevent rework and schedule slippage.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Work on bug resolution and application improvements, such as performance and maintainability.
Participate actively in discussions, presentations and decisions about front-end development and application design.

Job Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor%26rsquos degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related.
Five (5) years in any occupation with development, engineering, or related experience.
Five (5) years in any occupation with development, engineering, or related experience must include: Experience designing and building high-performance applications using IBM BAW 19/20 (WebPD and IID) Experience with design and development of BPDs and Processes Experience with integration of external applications/services with IBM BPM Experience with the development of Client-Side Human Services, Coach Views and customizing UI components using IBM BPM (Spark UI toolkit) Experience with relational databases: MS SQL, Oracle, etc. Web 2.0 using HTML5 or HTML, CSS, Javascript and Experience debugging, tuning and optimizing BPM services and UI components.
TELECOMMUTING EMPLOYEE: Reports to company headquarters in Saint Petersburg, FL. Can work remotely or telecommute up to 100%.
SALARY: $125,000 per year
