Responsible for developing and implementing technology strategies that drive innovation, improve operational efficiency, and support the achievement of the organization's long-term objectives. You will work closely with senior management, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure technology initiatives are aligned with business needs.

• Developing and maintaining a technology roadmap that aligns with the organization's strategic goals and evolving industry trends.

• Collaborating with senior leadership to identify opportunities where technology can be a competitive advantage and contribute to the development of the company's overall strategic plan.

• Staying updated on emerging technologies, assess their relevance to the business, and propose innovative solutions.

• Identifying and managing technology-related risks, including cybersecurity threats and compliance issues.

• Evaluating and managing relationships with technology vendors and partners to ensure they support the organization's strategic objectives.

• Working with financial teams to develop and manage technology budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.

What we’re looking for...

You enjoy the process of understanding, isolating and solving problems with the intent of improving how things are done. You understand and like applying the full software development process within large, complex projects and engaging multiple stakeholders. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic software development environment. You are flexible, dependable and work well in varying environments.

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

• Four or more years of relevant work experience.

• Good understanding OSS/ BSS technology landscape and emerging technologies

• Understanding of technology impacts and how it drives business objectives

• Experience in driving technology strategy and solutions implementation across IT portfolios and lines of business.

• Experience in enterprise architecture and solutioning , Value Engineering, Digital Transformation, and Strategy Consulting.

• Experience delivering and implementing digital transformation strategies.

• Knowledge on the OSS/ BSS understanding and knowledge.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical or Electronic Engineering.

• Tech Strategy and Consulting background

• Assertive and objective decision-making skills with the drive to deliver and arrive at solutions.

• TM Forum Certifications and/or Telecom experience.
