As a Business Analyst in the VCG Value Segment Organization, you will play a vital role in understanding and analyzing the business needs and requirements of the organization. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders from various teams, including product management, marketing, operations, and IT, to identify opportunities, define business strategies, and drive efficient and effective solutions. Your responsibilities will involve conducting research, gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing data, and supporting the implementation and optimization of VCG systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

   - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.

   - Conduct grooming sessions to gather requirements.

   - Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and use cases.

   - Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in existing systems and processes.

2. Business Process Analysis and Design:

   - Evaluate and analyze business processes to identify areas for optimization.

   - Propose and design solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

   - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document new business processes.

3. Data Analysis and Reporting:

   - Collect and analyze data related to telecom operations, performance, and customer behavior.

   - Generate reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders.

   - Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth and optimization.

4. Telecom System Implementation and Enhancement:

   - Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to implement new telecom systems and technologies.

   - Participate in system testing, validation, and user acceptance activities.

   - Provide guidance and support during system enhancements and upgrades.

5. Stakeholder Management and Collaboration:

   - Build strong relationships with stakeholders from various departments.

   - Facilitate communication and collaboration between business and technical teams.

   - Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders.

6. Industry and Market Research:

   - Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies.

   - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify business opportunities.

You will be a good team player and have a go-getter kind attitude with good interpersonal skills. Understanding the requirements and building a good work culture with onshore-offshore. Adhering to the organization priorities and policies. Building external stakeholder communication with business stakeholders, Dev, UAT & E2E teams & PMO teams You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree and Four or more years of work experience.

  • Four or more years of Business Analyst experience

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the telecom industry

  • Solid understanding of telecom operations, technologies, and industry standards

  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the telecom sector.

  • Experience with telecom billing systems, CRM systems, and network management tools is a plus

  • Two or more years of experience in handling Jira dashboards

Even Better if you have

  • Manual QA/Testing experience.

  • Proficient in creating and executing database queries

  • Excel skills

  • Google slides/Microsoft PPT slide creation experience

  • Knowledge in UNIX / SQL
