Job Description

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Sr Software Developer to support a long term NGA program in modernizing a legacy library within C4ISR Systems. This position is hybrid 50/50 onsite in San Diego, CA.

***TS/SCI clearance required*** Will Sit for a Poly  

JOB DUTIES:

•      Develop systems that sense, control, exploit and disseminate actionable information to warfighters supporting a variety of missions.

•      Developing future technology spanning air, land, sea, and space

Qualifications:

•      Bachelor's Degree or higher in a computer related field

•      8+ years of software design, code and test experience

•      US Citizenship with an active Top Secret and/or Top Secret/SCI clearance is required

•      Strong software architecture, design, and development experience using Java and C++

•      Ability to innovate, evaluate and research new technologies while staying abreast of industry trends

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills:

• Experience with Agile software development
• Experience in cloud-based concepts such as AWS or Azure
• Knowledge of the DevSecOps development process
• Experience with RESTful Micro Services
• Experience with Java Spring Boot Micro Service development
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience with Git

Compensation:

200,000-210,000k - depending on years of experience and degree
