General Summary:
As Staff Manager, Marketing - Partner Programs, you will be responsible for shaping the strategy, evolving the programmatic structure, and driving co-marketing programs for Qualcomm Advantage Network (QAN), a company-wide partner program that unites diverse business initiatives into one unified network.
This includes collaboration with global sales, BD and product marketing teams to drive successful partner journeys in support of company growth areas (AI/ML, IoT, AR/VR, automotive, wearables and more), including delivering on membership and engagement targets for go-to-market benefits.
You will work with and inspire global, regional, local marketing, and cross-functional teams by defining and facilitating high impact growth strategies through partners.
Responsibilities:
While the preferred location of the position is San Diego, CA, remote locations within the United States can be considered.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.Preferred Qualifications:

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:
$161,500.00 - $242,500.00The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm.
