Job Description

Join our Lending team as a Summer Associate to help measure and enhance our Agile maturity for the department. This role involves reviewing and visualizing data sets, providing analysis, identifying areas for improvement, and tracking historical progress. You will create an Agile maturity model to evaluate the adoption and effectiveness of Agile practices within Lending, incorporating various practices and metrics aligned with Agile methodologies and practices. Your work will culminate in recommendations for improvement and an evaluation of our current level of agility in project management and product development. The Summer Associate Program is a 12-week internship program beginning in May 2025 and ending in August 2025. Students will work on impactful projects and meaningful work during their internship. To qualify for this position, applicants must be currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university and have an anticipated graduation date of December 2025 or later.

Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university with an anticipated graduation date of December 2025 or later
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and principles
  • Practiced at using data visualizations, charts, and diagrams to explain complex measurements 
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to solve operational and system problems effectively
  • Good judgment and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools, preferably Power BI
  • Practical application of Agile tools and methodologies
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience working and learning in a virtual or hybrid environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Desired Qualifications 

  • Knowledge of SharePoint (2016, 2019, SPO)
  • Familiarity with task-tracking tools (ADO, ServiceNow, Asana, Jira, etc.)
  • Practice in soliciting and finding data from customers
Responsibilities
  • Analyze and visualize data sets to provide insights and track progress over time
  • Develop an Agile maturity model to assess the adoption and effectiveness of Agile practices
  • Partner with stakeholders across the Lending department to perform assessments
  • Track historical progress and provide recommendations for regular updates on Agile maturity
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements
