Job Description

The Marketing Experience Operations team drives operational excellence within the Marketing Department. The team has an overall operational support function ranging from leading process improvement initiatives, creating strategic communications, and leading technology enhancements, automations, optimizations, and implementations. 

The Summer Associate will help with the Experience Operations team with the MarTech Program. There are over 14,000 Marketing systems and it is imperative for organizations to understand their Marketing technology stack and ensure they have the correct systems in place to achieve Marketing outcomes. MarTech maturity is based on many factors and is just as much about optimizing existing technology as it is bringing on new capabilities. The Summer Associate will work with our team to review the MarTech assessment, evaluate MarTech maturity, update the technology roadmap, and assist with business cases for technology work projects. 

The Summer Associate Program is a 12-week internship program beginning in May 2025 and ending in August 2025. Students will work on impactful projects and meaningful work during their internship. To qualify for this position, applicants must be currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university and have an anticipated graduation date of December 2025 or later.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Review MarTech assessment and make recommendations for system optimizations.
  • Conduct industry analysis on up-and-coming Marketing needs or trends.
  • Assist with planning and submissions for new technology requests.
  • Partner with cross functional teams and Marketing stakeholders to document requirements for upcoming technology needs, including identifying capabilities and writing user stories.
  • Conduct assessment/inventory of available training related to existing Marketing technology. 
  • Review MarTech maturity framework and determine current MarTech maturity level. 
  • Support update of technology roadmap.
  • Research emerging technologies and recommend solutions that align with business goals.
  • Identify technology that is no longer needed or should be phased out.
  • Support process improvements, strategic initiatives, and existing programs.
