We are Membership Projects and Process Improvement, which falls under the Savings and Membership Department. The Membership Division seeks to ensure that every potential member sees Navy Federal as their preferred financial institution. Potential Projects:
The summer associate will assist in revamping and optimizing Survivor Support’s Case Management System (S3), which is used to settle deceased member accounts. S3 is operationally disjointed and inefficient, resulting in suboptimal satisfaction for all parties. It requires multiple systems/applications to manage a case lifecycle, lacks the multichannel experience with self-service capabilities for survivors, and hinders Navy Federal’s ability to scale its omnichannel experience strategy.
In this role, the Summer Associate would be:
The Summer Associate Program is a 12-week internship program beginning in May 2025 and ending in August 2025. Students will work on impactful projects and meaningful work during their internship. To qualify for this position, applicants must be currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university and have an anticipated graduation date of December 2025 or later.
