General Summary:
Qualcomm's Information Security & Risk Management (ISRM) is looking for a senior level systems analyst for a fast paced and global environment. As a team member you will be participating in protecting our intellectual property, ensuring compliance, improving operational efficiencies, and enabling the business for success. This role will interface with key business partners and IT functions to do requirement gathering, evaluation, design, testing and processes improvement in support of critical Identity and Access Management (IAM) Services. It will plan, conduct and direct the analysis of business problems to be solved with existing identity services and contributes to aligning existing and potential solutions with evolving business requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
• 5+ years of IT-relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree.The Systems Analyst will analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. Configure system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements. Designs details of automated systems. May provide consultation to users in area of automated systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.

A background with hands on experience in identity lifecycle management and deploying cross functional system-based solutions is highly desirable. The experience should consist of writing requirements documents and functional specifications that capture business requirements.

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:
$115,200.00 - $172,800.00The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm.
