The successful candidate is an individual who is never satisfied with continuing with the status quo just because “it’s the way things have always been done”.The Opportunity:As the Systems Engineer assigned to one or more projects you will work closely with both the program/project manager and the engineering team. You will provide program/project management the engineering input on project requirements, estimates, resources required, and technical direction to assure the successful execution of the project. You will also be a technical resource for the engineering team – providing high level technical direction, validating technical approaches, and facilitating the resolution of technical roadblocks. Finally, you will work with other system engineers across the Navy C3I division to document, implement, and drive adoption of sound engineering practices and processes.
