The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a cleared (or clearable) Systems/Maintenance Engineer to support one of our US Army Programs at Aberdeen, MD. Come grow or develop your career while assisting the army with the quality and sustainment of systems and components for both the Army Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) and the Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) Integrated Logistics Support Center (ILSC).
Responsibilities:
Support the sustainment of systems and components in support of both C5ISR and the CECOM ILSC throughout all stages of the lifecycle.
Prepare, review, and revise System Maintenance Strategies, Technical Manual sources material, Repair of Bills of Material (BOMs), and review /maintain a technical data package.
Develop and review maintenance concepts by performing Level of Repair Analysis (LORAs).
Evaluate the ability to conduct repairs and testing of both contractors and organic facilities.
Conduct Product Quality Deficiency Reports (PQDRs) and Failure Reporting Analysis and Corrective Action (FRACAS).
Configuration management and develop quality management plans.
Review and create engineering change proposals, understand basic principles of configuration management, and how to incorporate quality acceptance limits into depot product acceptance testing.
Prepare and provide technical input to contracting documents (Performance Work Statements, Independent Government Estimates, etc.)
Provide technical support and recommendations to Integrated Logistic Support Center (ILSC) personal.
Support field level Requests For Information (RFI) for support and correction of issues
First Article Test (FAT) planning and reporting, obsolescence management, production conformance testing, failure analysis
Qualifications:
Required:
Willing and able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance (US Citizenship required), Current Clearance preferred
BS degree in Engineering.
0-3 years of related work experience. (New grads encouraged to apply.)
Willing to work on site in Aberdeen, MD
General knowledge in the following:
Maintenance Allocation Charts (MAC).
National Stock Number (NSN) assignments.
Level of Repair Analysis (LORA).
Transition to Sustainment plans (T2S).
Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP).
Review of Core Depot Assessment (CDA) Plan.
RF and electrical communications equipment
Desired:
Electrical Engineering degree.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
