To provide a variety of administrative, compliance, budgetary, international visa, project, data analysis, and logistical support functions for the Talent Acquisition team in support of daily operations. Receive and respond to inquiries from internal/external sources and/or members to ensure effective, timely, and accurate service. Serve as subject matter expert (SME) on TAC processes and procedures and handle most complex actions.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the hiring process by creating job postings that are accurate, engaging, and compliant with HR EEOC standards and AAP regulations, sorting resumes and maintaining applicant tracking system.
  • Schedule initial phone screenings, coordinate on-site interviews and travel arrangements for candidates and verify employment, education, references, and credit eligibility. Review new hire paperwork and work with candidates to resolve discrepancies
  • Initiate and monitor pre-boarding processes for all Executive positions to ensure a positive experience
  • Maintain records and reporting of International Visa and Budgetary programs and ensure applicable international visa paperwork is compliant and filed to USCIS standards
  • Collect, prepare, and maintain Talent Acquisition data for analysis, reports and reference
  • Complete data entry in automated systems; generate, manage, and update reports. Communicate any/all process changes to all Talent Acquisition Coordinators
  • Research and evaluate operational issues, inquiries and/or complaints, identify areas of improvement; determine solutions; implement enhancements/changes to improve operations, standards and results
  • Stay abreast of and ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and industry laws, regulations, and guidelines
  • Perform other duties as assigned
