What You’ll Get to Do:
Lead a team of 60+ developers and engineers that develops and maintains mission critical systems. This Technical Program Manager position manages mission management applications that cover situational awareness, tasking, storage, and assessment services. The project is a combination of O&M and new development activities accomplished using Agile development tools and methodologies that performs numerous deployments each year. Technical Program Manager responsibilities include:
Management of the teams of engineers, developers, DBAs, and matrixed SA and security support
Coordination with system leads to ensure technical and program requirements are met
Primary contact for customer COTR and SETA and site representatives for any project related topics
Design and execute a strategy for project performance and growth
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Excellent communicator and team leader
Experience leading technical teams
Experience with customer management
Experience writing proposals and performing business development
Experience working with the NRO and IC Customers
TS/SCI Clearance required
Education:
Bachelor Degree in Technical or Management field
Experience:
10+ years of related experience

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$86,800-$191,000',
