Channels Product Manager
The Channels Product team is responsible for all client connectivity including client facing host –to–host, API, webhook, and other programmatic connections. The Transaction Banking Channels Product Manager is a role within the broader Channels team. The role is responsible for building and executing the product vision for clients and internal teams to manage clients connectivity and integration as well as their payment activities through the File and API channels. The role will be responsible for defining the broader roadmap, and to own and execute on specific capabilities on the roadmap with client experience at the core of the vision. This covers connectivity administration, payment initiation and reporting, and any other client facing capabilities.
The role requires experiences in payments and treasury services as well as digital experience in financial services or similar payment organizations. The role will work closely with the rest of the product teams as well as engineering and functional teams such as legal, compliance, risk, operations to build product features that our clients need.
As a product manager you will:
- Develop and execute a clearly defined product roadmap to build client centric APIs & features that allow easy access to TxB features and data programmatically and in real-time
- Identify industry and client needs and disruption opportunities, guiding interdisciplinary teams to deliver innovative products to market.
- Own and build a product roadmap including differentiated capabilities.
- Establish or participate in Agile rituals which establish rhythm for the team, promote ongoing communication, and iterative refinement of capabilities.
- Own direct delivery of key product offerings including building business case, requirements, go-to-market and commercialization strategy, testing and ongoing product management and monitoring
- Evangelize digital platform capabilities with our Sales, Implementation and Servicing partners and support Go to market execution of products
- Regularly and systematically use data to uncover opportunities, track product performance, and drive decision making
- Think deeply about the risks facing our products and technology; Manage these risks transparently along with 2nd and 3rd lines of defense
- Develop and nurture collaborative working relationships with key internal partners including business teams, various product teams, and enterprise technology organizations
- Serve as subject matter expert, contributing practitioner, thought leader, career guide and mentor to teams
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in and passion for building and shipping great products, preferably programmatic channels in the financial service domain
- A deep understanding of Cash Management & Payments needs for Corporate clients and how programmatic channels can be leveraged by clients
- Experience working with Agile Methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills- someone who is an engaging storyteller and is at ease presenting to executives
- Blend of both strategic and tactical thinking- someone who can identify and prioritize opportunities in highly ambiguous contexts, and then organize thematic work areas in deep detail, thus aligning long term vision with iterative execution
- Collaborative, team player attitude with the ability to navigate and influence the organization
- Experience working with legal, compliance, risk and regulatory requirements with respect to web platforms and client communication
- Risk focused with an understanding of the impact of our products in a regulated industry, working alongside our Legal, Risk and Compliance colleagues

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
- At least 6 years of experience in Digital Product Management
- At least 3 years’ experience in Treasury Management and/or Corporate Payments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Computer Science or Engineering
- MBA or Master’s degree
- 5+ years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into Corporate facing digital products
- 5+ years of experience in product management
