POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Treasury Manager to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the organization's treasury functions including cash management, cash forecasting, liquidity planning, covenant compliance, and risk management. The Treasury Manager will play a crucial role in optimizing our financial strategy and ensuring the efficient use of financial resources.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (The following duties and responsibilities are all essential job functions, as defined by the ADA, except for those that begin with the word May.)
Oversee daily cash management operations, including monitoring cash balances, forecasting cash flow, and ensuring liquidity for ongoing operations.
Develop and implement cash management strategies to optimize the use of funds and minimize financing costs.
Monitor and manage the organization's debt portfolio, including compliance with debt covenants and refinancing opportunities.
Evaluate and manage financial risks, including interest rate risk and counterparty credit.
Develop and maintain treasury policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate recording and reporting of treasury transactions.
Prepare and present regular treasury reports to senior management.
Compiling a variety of financial analyses such as valuation, buy vs lease, payback, NPV, IRR, and M&A scenarios.
Prepare and maintain customer revenue forecast.
Prepare and maintain debt and investment schedules.
Coordinate servicing of the Company’s debt obligations.
Assist in the preparation of financial presentations for executive management, shareholder representatives and board review.
Initiate continual process improvement to improve accuracy and maximize efficiency
Develop and implement advanced financial models to assess the impact of operational scenarios on capital requirements, loan covenants, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide strategic financial guidance on capital financing options to support the company’s growth initiatives and long-term sustainability.
Provide input and support the process of completing the annual financial audit as it relates to Treasury processes.
Collaborate and build relationships with all departments.
Perform other related duties as assigned to assist with successful operations and business continuity.
Qualifications
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Successfully pass background check, pre-employment drug screening, and any pre-employment aptitude and/or competency assessment(s).
Minimum of 10 years of Treasury and Corporate Finance experience with at least 5 years of management experience.
Good general accounting skills and knowledge, ability to identify and follow up on discrepancies.
MS Office and Excel capabilities.
Proven ability to manage ambiguity, address complex client needs, and deliver top-tier results in a fast-paced environment.
Experience leading large-scale finance transformation.
Demonstrated success in managing project scopes, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure high-quality delivery.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE LEVEL :
Bachelor's degree in Finance
Possession of any of: CTP, CFA, or CPA is an added advantage
Minimum of 10 years of operational experience in Treasury Management, Corporate Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, experience in investment banking, private equity sponsored companies, or equivalent is helpful

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES, AND ABILITIES:
Must have strong background in Treasury, Financial Modeling, Budgeting and Forecasting or FP&A
Basic knowledge of financial systems and accounting mechanics
High proficiency with the use of MS office, with advanced skillset in Excel and Power-Point
OneStream, Adaptive Insights, Oracle, Excel, and Power BI helpful
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to learn new concepts and tasks quickly, work under pressure, and meet deadline requirements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong analytical and written skills, as well as work experience utilizing advanced, investment banking-grade financial modeling in Excel and presenting in PowerPoint, are also a must
Ability to prioritize, self-start, and work independently
Possess strong attention to detail, effective multitasking, and swift strategic thinking skills

Frequently required to walk, sit, climb, bend, reach and squat/kneel. The Sr. Operational Finance Manager works primarily indoors and will be sitting prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities. The Sr. Operational Finance Manager may be required to lift heavy objects; therefore, The Sr. Operational Finance Manager must be able to lift 25lbs.

Work hours may include early morning, late afternoon/evening hours, and weekends in combination depending on job demands.
