Job Description

Job Duties: Vice President with Goldman Sachs Bank USA in New York, New York. Product manager role in the consumer banking group on our Marcus products responsible for coordinating IT-driven projects. Lead information technology projects that drive creation of a roadmap of new features to build on our consumer financial products by collaborating with other business teams. Gather project requirements, by collaborating with business strategy teams and our legal and compliance teams and synthesize into technical requirements for our engineering team to enhance our products. Liaise with business owners and the development teams in an agile scrum setting to guide, prioritize and deliver business requirements for projects. Plan project stages and oversee end-to-end systems development cycle from requirements analysis, design, testing, maintenance and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of these financial applications. Convey technical details of software changes to the software quality assurance (QA) testing team; allowing team to determine the set of test cases for execution for future software releases and monitor results.

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science or Computer Engineering or a related field. Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include two (2) years with the following: Product Management in a related consumer financial services position, including experience delivering consumer financial products within Agile frameworks and project deadline; writing requirements and translation application program interface (API) spec documents into technical feature requirements and partnering with engineers to clearly articulate requirements and product features; utilizing agile product development tools such as JIRA to enable tracking and lifecycle management, API testing tolls such as Postman, stakeholder collaboration tools such as Confluence and data querying and visualization tools such as Snowflake and Tableau; SQL and Data analysis to extract trends on customer behavior as it pertains to credit card or similar product and assess need for additional enhancements or new product features; and consumer banking subject matter in credit.

Salary Range: The expected annual base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $156,000 - $300,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
