The Opportunity:

We are seeking a strategic and visionary leader for the role of Vice President, Digital Talent Strategy & Analytics. In this pivotal role, you will drive the development and execution of digital talent strategies that align with business goals, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance talent acquisition, retention, and overall workforce optimization. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with expertise in digital transformation, talent analytics, and workforce planning. As the Vice President, Digital Talent Strategy & Analytics, you will collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure that talent strategies and digital tools align with the organization’s overall objectives and future growth.

Responsibilities:

Digital Talent Strategy Development:

  • Lead the development of forward-thinking digital talent strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives and future growth initiatives.
  • Integrate digital tools, platforms, and analytics into HR and talent management processes to enhance decision-making and organizational agility.
  • Use digital innovation to optimize talent acquisition, development, engagement, and retention strategies across all levels of the organization.

Talent Analytics and Insights:

  • Oversee the design, execution, and analysis of talent-related data initiatives, providing actionable insights into talent trends, workforce productivity, and performance metrics.
  • Develop and implement advanced data models, predictive analytics, and dashboards to monitor key talent KPIs and drive data-driven decisions.
  • Partner with business leaders and HR teams to assess talent needs and provide solutions based on data-driven insights.

Digital Transformation of HR Processes:

  • Drive the digital transformation of HR processes by introducing innovative tools and technologies to enhance talent management, performance tracking, and employee development.
  • Champion the adoption of digital solutions to streamline recruiting, onboarding, learning, and performance management processes.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging HR technologies and trends to ensure that the organization remains at the forefront of digital talent management

Stakeholder Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Partner with senior HR leaders, business leaders, and IT teams to integrate digital talent strategies and analytics into broader business initiatives.
  • Provide strategic guidance and insights to C-suite executives and HR leadership, influencing key talent-related decisions at the organizational level.
  • Serve as a thought leader and trusted advisor on all matters related to digital talent strategy, workforce analytics, and talent optimization.

Change Management and Employee Experience:

  • Lead change management efforts related to the adoption of new digital talent tools and strategies, ensuring smooth transitions and strong user engagement across the organization.
  • Ensure that digital talent strategies enhance the overall employee experience, promoting a seamless and engaging journey for employees from recruitment to career development.
  • Implement innovative solutions to create a positive, engaging, and performance-driven workplace culture.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of talent analytics and digital strategy professionals.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration within the team and across the organization.
  • Ensure the team has the necessary tools, resources, and support to excel in their roles and deliver impactful results.

Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in talent management, HR technology, workforce analytics, or related fields, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing digital talent strategies that have driven organizational transformation and business success.
  • Expertise in talent analytics, workforce planning, and using data-driven insights to inform HR and business strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of HR technologies, digital tools, and platforms used in talent management (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), HRIS, performance management platforms).
  • Experience with digital transformation and change management in a complex, global organization.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders, business partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong business acumen with an ability to align talent strategies with broader organizational goals.

Desired:

  • Experience with AI, machine learning, and automation in talent management.
  • Familiarity with data visualization and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Master's degree in related field.
