Job Description:

The Opportunity:

 

CACI is seeking an executive leader for its Finance Transformation program.  The leader of this team will be responsible for defining, developing, and leading an evolved approach for CACI’s Financial policies, processes, and systems.  The activity will span from articulating and communicating an end state, defining detailed requirements to implement changes, and leading the implementation and the transformation through all phases.

The role will require superior planning, organization, and communication skills as well as detailed familiarity with all aspects of financial operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate as part of the Company’s senior Finance leadership team.
  • Drive and develop an operationally disciplined Finance department.
  • Develop and integrate organizational strategy with financial operations and objectives
  • Ensure internal financial and operational processes are efficient and compliant.

Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Strong Financial management background with detailed experience in accounting, financial planning and analysis, program finance and execution, and government compliance.
  • Strong familiarity in the development, deployment, and operation of financial systems
  • 20+ years of experience in program finance
  • 5-10 years of experience in a senior finance management role
  • Systematic problem solver who leverages analytics to drive innovative solutions
  • Change agent that demonstrates strong presence, influencing skills, and sense of urgency
  • Ability to develop a strong team at all levels of the organization through mentoring and process development and implementation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or another related degree.

Desired:

Master's degree in business, finance or related.
