Job Summary
Under administrative direction, with a high level of autonomy, uses specialized knowledge and skills obtained through education and experience to maintain and develop business relationships with assigned accounts. Manage all aspects of assigned accounts including advising clients on investment opportunities and recommending buying and selling of securities. Regular contact with internal and external customers is required to obtain, clarify, or provide facts or information. Influences strategic direction and develops tactical plans and completes diverse assignments with substantial latitude for un-reviewed actions or decisions.

Knowledge of
Advanced concepts, practices and procedures of research analysis.
Advanced investment concepts, practices and procedures used in the securities industry.
Advanced concepts, practices, and procedures of institutional equity sales %26amp sales trading.
Principles of banking and finance and securities industry operations.
Financial markets and products.
Canadian Capital Markets.
Canadian Equity Research.

Skill in
High level customer service.
Identifying relationships to draw logical conclusions and interpret results for use in decision-making.
Using technical/professional knowledge, interpersonal and sales skills to obtain customers%26rsquo commitment to ideas, services, or products.
Quantitative and analytical skills sufficient to assist in the development of corporate financial projections and equity valuation metrics.
Analyzing and interpreting financial statements.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Operating standard office equipment and using required software application to produce correspondence, reports, electronic communication, and spreadsheets.

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements
Education/Previous Experience
Bachelor%26rsquos Degree (B.A.) in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field and a minimum of three to six (3-6) De institutional equity sales experience.
OR ~
Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.

Licenses/Certifications
SIE required provided that an exemption or grandfathering cannot be applied.
FINRA Series 7and 63 licenses (or International Equivalent) required.
