Job Description Summary:

The Vice President of Digital Wallets will be responsible for leading the strategy, development, and execution of our digital wallet product offerings. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in fintech, product management, and customer experiences who can drive growth and enhance user engagement in a competitive marketplace.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities: 

Strategic Leadership: 

  • Develop and execute the overall strategy for the digital wallet product line, aligning with the company’s goals and market trends. 

  • Identify new market opportunities and lead product innovation initiatives to expand the digital wallet offerings. 

Product Development: 

  • Support the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and ongoing enhancements. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and compliance, to ensure successful product delivery. 

User Experience Focus: 

  • Champion a user-centric approach to product design and functionality, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience. 

  • Utilize customer feedback and analytics to drive continuous improvement and optimization of the digital wallet. 

Market Analysis: 

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies that could impact the digital wallet space. 

Stakeholder Engagement: 

  • Collaborate with senior leadership and other departments to align digital wallet initiatives with broader business goals. 

  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including payment networks, financial institutions, and technology providers. 

Team Leadership: 

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team dedicated to the digital wallet product line. 

  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration within the team. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred. 

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the fintech or digital payments space. 

  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital wallet or payment products. 

  • Strong understanding of payment processing, regulatory compliance, and security protocols related to digital wallets. 

  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. 

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. 

  • Passion for technology and a deep understanding of user-centric design principles.

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is

$250000 to $360000
