CACI is currently in search of a Warehouse Operations Manager with extensive experience to work alongside the Depot Maintenance and Logistics Team under the supervision of the Depot Supply Chain Manager. The Warehouse Operations Manager will also be responsible for providing leadership and supervision to the DSLM Program Distribution Center's Warehouse to support the USSF Satellite Control Network.

The role entails providing leadership support and management oversight for the Program Distribution Center (PDC)Warehouse Operations, which encompasses all aspects of material handling, supply chain management, and warehouse functions such as material inventory, receiving, packaging, handling, storage, transportation, and shipping.

Duties:
- Develop essential partnerships with support organizations and evaluate the utilization of warehouse space.
- Oversees the processing of item requests, gathers, and assembles cargo packages, and prepares items for departure.
- Supervise the loading and offloading of shipments by employees. Shipments are authorized or rejected, and Depot Management is notified of any discrepancies.
- Supervise employees as they arrange and organize materials or products into containers, racks, or shelving in accordance with a predetermined sequence, which may include criteria such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
- Ensure that accurate records are maintained on appropriate forms regarding the receipt and distribution of materials or items. You will be entrusted with the duty of upkeeping the work area, guaranteeing its cleanliness and safety.
- Maintain knowledge of the geographically dispersed sites, personnel, and equipment of the AFSCN over the long term.
- Oversee PDC Warehouse Operations pertaining to CSWS inventory, OgdenALC inventory, training, and TMDE certification, calibration, and repair.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop procedures that are cost effective and meet business objectives. Collect, process, and maintain data for analysis and reports.
- Perform functions in various Databases such as GOLDesp, PIEE, WebSDR, and other government approved systems.
- Assess and maintain compliance with federal and foreign regulations governing the shipment, receipt, and documentation of imported/exported products.
- Recommend improvements to existing or planned logistics processes. Sustainably strive for enhancements and efficiencies in distribution center operations by employing methodologies from Supply Chain Risk Management.
- Responsibilities:
- Entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring the successful execution of PDC Warehouse initiatives and contributing to customer support. This entails the supervision and/or execution of any required maintenance on intricate equipment and systems within the facility.
- Verifies and gives approval for logistic operations. Assists government personnel with administrative and technical matters pertaining to PDC warehouse-supported operations on behalf of the organization.
- As required, interprets the requirements of the government, establishes subsequent actions, and clarifies the allocation of accountability for resolving issues.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Active Secret Clearance or Higher.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, SCM, or Business Administration with 3 years’ experience OR an associate degree with 5 years of experience OR high school diploma plus 7 years of experience.
- Managing/overseeing military logistics and supply functions.
- Experience assessing and maintaining compliance with federal and foreign regulations governing the shipment, receipt, and documentation of imported/exported products.
- Willing to travel CONUS/OCONUS, current and valid passport.
- Interfacing with active-duty military and civil service personnel
- Ability to lead a team of 10+ Material Coordinators.
- Must have the ability to work with a motivated team to bridge the gap to fulfill contractual obligations.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$56,000-$117,500
