Rejoignez le leader mondial de la production d’énergie éolienne en tant que technicien éolien chez NextEra Énergie. En tant que technicien éolien, vous serez en première ligne pour assurer le rendement sécuritaire et optimal de toutes les opérations du parc éolien. Vous vous concentrerez principalement sur l’exécution en toute sécurité de la maintenance et des diagnostics de l’équipement sur le terrain, ainsi que sur la fiabilité et la rentabilité à long terme.

• Mettre en œuvre les instructions de la politique de sécurité des opérations, effectuer des travaux sur le terrain conformément aux réglementations applicables, encourager les bonnes pratiques de sécurité des employés et favoriser une culture de sécurité inégalée pour les employés.
• Participation aux processus et projets Business Lean Six Sigma.
• Recruter et développer d’autres techniciens pour le développement continu de l’équipe.
• Soutenir le gestionnaire de site pour toutes les phases des rapports de sécurité et environnementaux, des rapports financiers et de la disponibilité des éoliennes.
• Collaborer étroitement avec les utilisateurs internes de NextEra pour développer et mettre en œuvre des commentaires et des solutions axés sur l’exploitation pour la maintenance planifiée et non planifiée, les projets d’amélioration, le développement et la performance financière.
• Présenter une représentation professionnelle positive de NextEra Énergie dans la communauté et auprès du client.
• L’éligibilité pour voyager aux États-Unis est requise.

Job Overview
Employees in this role perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on wind turbines and other associated equipment. Individuals understand the mechanics, including both electrical and maintenance of hydraulics, of all wind turbine components. This position replaces mechanical and electrical components, understands schematics and uses appropriate diagnostic tools. The successful candidate will interpret fault reports, maintain power generation reports, service logs in the computer database, and monitor turbine performance and SCADA systems.

The estimated base pay for this position is $60,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year. Starting pay will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, job-related and industry knowledge and skills and education/training.
