General Summary:
As a market leader in AI Compute, Qualcomm is driving the AI PC transformation with the new Snapdragon X Elite SoC, that is exclusive to Windows CoPilot+ PCs. The Snapdragon Compute platform includes cutting edge IP cores delivering industry best-in-class CPU, GPU, and NPU that enable innovative AI experiences. Optimizing neural networks and GenAI models on the 45 TOPs NPU accelerates processing by up to 10x performance at a fraction of the power.
This leadership role will direct a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for the Windows Enterprise IT Deployment. This involves engaging with leadership at Fortune 500 enterprises to define an internal strategy deployment, servicing, and printer infrastructure to accelerate deployment of Snapdragon X Elite in enterprise. In addition to partnering internal engineering teams to drive roadmaps, this involves collaborating with Microsoft on deployment/servicing feature roadmap, and executives across top Printer manufacturers to establish joint roadmaps optimizations for the Snapdragon X series products.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Direct a comprehensive product strategy to accelerate deployment of Snapdragon X Elite in enterprise.
- Collaborate with execute leadership at Fortune 500 organizations to articulate Snapdragon X Elite value prop to accelerate deployment of the platform
- Drive joint strategy with Microsoft to enable cutting edge deployment and servicing solutions on the Windows Snapdragon platform.
- Lead partner engagements with Microsoft and Software Ecosystem of apps and printers to deliver optimal experience on the platform
- Partner with Engineering and Technology Program Managers to prioritize and execute on the software strategy and roadmap.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
- MBA or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years Product Management or related work experience.
- Deep understanding of UPD, PSA, IPP and the broad set of printer protocols
- Background in bringing SW products and solutions to market.
- Strong leadership skills, and a self-starter who possesses a sense of ownership around delivering on team goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Humanities, or related field.• 5+ years of Product Management or related work experience.

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:
$179,200.00 - $268,800.00The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
