General Summary:

As a Qualcomm Software Application Engineer, you will provide technical expertise of software systems through technical presentations in support of business development, product demonstrations, design and development of customer specific requirements, commercialization, and maintenance of Qualcomm products. Qualcomm Engineers collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to address questions, issues, debugging, or troubleshooting regarding software systems and applications.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for wireless connectivity(Wifi/Bluetooth/UWB) issues and inquiries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve wireless connectivity problems across various devices and platforms.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and fix bugs related to wireless connectivity functionality.
- Assist in the development and testing of wireless connectivity features in new products.
- Document and maintain support procedures and knowledge base articles.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams in English, both written and spoken.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in wireless connectivity technology and development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++/C#/Java.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of Wifi/Bluetooth/UWB technology and protocols is a plus.
Experience with WoS development and wireless connectivity integration is a plus.
