POSITION SUMMARY:

CACI International Inc is looking for a Workplace Relations Partner specializing in Accommodations & Leaves to join our Human Resources team. The position reports to the Director, Workplace Relations and will be responsible for partnering with managers, employees, and Company’s vendor(s) to facilitate the overall accommodation and leave of absence process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the management of the overall accommodation and leave of absence process.
  • Provides information, interpretation, guidance, and consultation on escalations that may arise because of an accommodation or leave.
  • Collects, organizes, interprets, and verifies internal customer needs and translates them into business policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Responsible for vendor oversight on all cases to ensure program compliance with state and federal regulations as well as company policies.
  • Enhances the overall accommodation and leave of absence customer experience by providing excellent, efficient, and courteous customer service.
  • Manages day to day vendor activities including data governance and quality initiatives.
  • Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Workplace Relations Partner – Accommodations & Leaves will manage highly complex accommodation and leave of absence cases escalated from all levels within the organization and Human Resources.  This role is responsible for all aspects of ADA processes and outcomes, inclusive of interactive dialogue with employees, managers, and Workplace Relations Partners.  The selected candidate will also partner closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to review, research, and identify resolution for complex leave of absence cases.  This position requires coordination between multiple HRIS systems for employee data, timekeeping, payroll, and claims management.  The selected candidate will have strong attention to detail, be highly motivated and organized, and can proactively identify issues and bring to resolution. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Advanced / Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Compliance or related field
  • Professional certifications/designations such as PHR or SPHR
  • Experience with Workday HRIS

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience; including 3 years of significant experience in accommodations and leaves.
  • Experience with Federal/State leave laws and programs.
  • Knowledge of EEO and ADA

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$62,200-$130,600
