General Summary:

Main Responsibilities

4G/5G control plane techniques design and performance analysis, including one or more of:

* Design and development of mobility features for 4G/5G networks(Measurements, mobility call flow etc).

* Participate in issue triage and troubleshooting for mobility-related problems.

* Drive OEM/Operators’ requirement compliance efforts

* Utilize AI tools and techniques to enhance feature design and issue resolution.

* Document design processes, issue resolutions, and best practices.

Skills / Experience Required

* Good grasp of radio communication theory are required.

* Knowledge of wireless mobile network architecture and call flow, solid understanding of measurement, handover, cell reselection, cell selection concepts.  

* Basic understanding of LTE/NR PHY/MAC/RLC/PDCP/RRC/NAS layer concepts.

* Familiar with 3GPP/RFC/GSMA specifications related to Multimedia Telephony is preferred.

* Knowledge of AI and machine learning techniques.

* Experience in script, i.e, Python,etc., development is preferred.

* Excellent written and verbal communications skills (in Mandarin and English) are required.

Education Requirements Degree   Major, GPA, Courses

MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering, or equivalent education and experience, is preferred
