CACI is seeking an administrative professional at CACI Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Coordinate, facilitate, and create new employee orientation, onboarding processes, and activities.
Provide guidance and support to employees on various matters.
Initiate, maintain, and compile employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist with projects and initiatives as assigned.
Manage and schedule organizational resources (conference rooms, calendars, etc.)
Plan, resource, and support organizational events (staff meetings, town halls, ceremonies, etc.)
Build repositories of information for current trend analysis, operational continuity, and archive purposes.
Monitor internal statuses to maintain accountability, continue processes to completion, and communicate statuses to applicable managers, leaders, and points of contact.
Work with team members to gain cross-team functionalities.
Perform fact-finding missions to pinpoint bottlenecks in processes and assist in creating solutions.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
US Citizenship
Must possess an active DoD Secret clearance with the ability to obtain at TS\\SCI clearance.
Minimum 4 years’ experience and/or AS/AA or 2yr Tech School; or HS/GED w/ 15 years or military experience E4 and up
Written and verbal communications above reproach.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
First-rate time management and prioritization skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with coworkers, partners, and customers.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with the curiosity and courage to use them.

Experienced in Administrative/technical work in management environment.
Working experience in MS-Office, Adobe Pro
Experience using common office equipment (copiers, projectors, and printers)/Scanners.
Experience performing high quality project support.
Experience interfacing with most levels of Government/client personnel.
Ability to work with minimum instruction and supervision.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
