Position Specific Description

In this exciting position, you will provide advanced administrative and departmental support to the compensation and executive services department in Human Resources. This position reports to the Senior Director Executive Services and Compensation and works in our Corporate Office in Juno Beach, FL.  A successful candidate is someone who has experience handling detail-oriented assignments with a high degree of independence and accuracy.  Sound professional judgement, discretion, and professionalism are crucial, as the person in this position communicates directly with company officers and members of the Board of Directors.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Under supervision:

  • Contacts other departments and/or outside agencies to resolve problems
  • Audits and processes invoices in accordance with accounts payable procedures
  • Interacts with all levels of employees as needed to perform responsibilities
  • Works on special projects as requested
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned



Required Qualifications

  • High School Grad / GED
  • Experience: 5+ years
