Working slack escalation channel.
Holding accounts from Collections due to dispute or pending credit.
Updating OCA placement team.
Reviewing escalated accounts in dispute for credits or payment.
Working on dispute resolution.
Approving/Denying suspensions/disconnects.
Restoring accounts where applicable.
Monitoring general collections strategy for breakdowns.
Supporting contractor teams.
Bankruptcy review.
Updating team processes and training documents as needed.
Submitting Refunds requests where applicable.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
One or more year's relevant work experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Bachelor's degree.
Two year's relevant work experience.
Strong communication and organizational skills and the proven ability to focus on the details.
Ability to lead small, cross-functional, teams to accomplish goals.
Strong analytical and proven problem solving skills.
Experience in receivables management and improvement.
Knowledge of Credit and Collections.
Experience with Verizon collections systems.
Experience with managing commitments and deadlines.
Experience working with internal and external entities successfully and diplomatically.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
