Alternatives Capital Formation (ACF) is a part of the Client Solutions Group (CSG) within Asset & Wealth Management (AWM). ACF manages capital raising and strategy for alternatives investments across the full spectrum of alternatives including private equity, private credit, real estate, infrastructure, growth equity, sustainability, secondaries, GP stakes, and hedge funds / liquid alternatives.
The Co-Investment Team within ACF coordinates the syndication of co-investment opportunities to the division’s key investor base, enabling these clients to invest alongside Goldman Sachs in private investments across all major asset classes. In addition, the Co-Investment Team plays a significant role in the structuring of the firm’s investments, working with the investment deal teams and investor clients, as well as various functional areas within the firm and across divisions (Global Markets and Banking, PWM, etc.).
The work is deal and investor focused, with access to a wide range of businesses, industries, investment structures and investor types. The team follows the full life cycle of the deal execution process –getting involved with deal structuring, investor targeting, marketing of the investment to external clients, book-building and allocation process, negotiation with investors on terms and economics, and coordination of funding and closing of the investment.

Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $100000-$170000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.Benefits
