Goldman Sachs Wealth Customized Solutions (WCS) capabilities consist of:
1. A suite of portfolio customization capabilities to help CIOs and Advisors with their core portfolio design incorporating Funds, ETFs, SMAs, Alts
2. A suite of SMA capabilities including direct indexing, active equity, and fixed income SMAs
Goldman Sachs is hiring to accelerate the build-out of the commercial strategy and execution for these businesses.
Role Overview
The head of the SMA Commercial Leads team will be the “right-hand” to the head of Wealth Customized Solutions to draft strategy and lead through to execution for our SMA business. This role will function as one of three business heads across three WCS business lines (SMAs, Models, and Total Portfolio.) This role requires a great deal of partnership, collaboration and execution spanning many internal teams including Wealth Sales, Sales Enablement, Investment (MAS, FI, FE, WIS, ETFs), Marketing, Legal, to develop comprehensive strategy and drive GSAM’s 3rd party distribution strategy for our SMA business (Direct Indexing, Taxable and Muni FI SMA).
We are hiring a highly energetic, self-starter with an entrepreneurship-like spirit to oversee business strategy and execution to grow the franchise. You must be able to think at the 60k foot level, articulate the strategy, and outline the sequence of steps at the 500-foot level to see through to completion.

Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $125000-$290000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.Benefits
