The Opportunity:

Join CACI's dynamic team as a Business Operations Specialist, providing customer service support through transactional, administrative, and repeatable services to the organization in an efficient and timely manner. This position will work in a collaborative environment to provide administrative support to multiple teams and functions. This position is located at our Shared Services Center in Oklahoma City.

  • Manage the process of resume management to aid our Talent Acquisition department.

  • Have a hand in company compliance by managing historical records.

  • Enjoy a diverse and engaging role, with responsibilities ranging from organizing hiring events to processing new hires in Workday.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

    Responsibilities:

  • Scanning, uploading, and organizing resumes from hiring events and communicating with hiring managers for coordination.

  • Serve as primary Point of Contact (POC) for the tracking of career fair candidates and prospects.

  • Process candidates from the offer stage through onboarding in Workday.

  • Organizing, ingesting, and maintaining historical personnel records.

    Qualifications:

    Required: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Operate with a sense of urgency.

  • Strong sense of customer service.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

  • Strong communication, both written and verbal.

  • Adaptability and flexibility.

    Desired:

  • Experience using Workday.

  • Experience using ServiceNow.

  • Experience in a complex business setting.

    Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.     $35,776 - $54,000
