Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a Business Systems Solution Analyst with DoD/Federal ERP implementation experience. The candidate will be part of an Oracle EBS R12 Department of Defense (DoD) multi-customer solution. This position has direct customer interaction and leads the execution of program goals and objectives. You will learn the customer’s business firsthand and contribute to technology roadmaps that align customer requirements with industry advancements and next generation capabilities. This is a fast-paced work environment that supports business operations for DoD civilian agencies and military services. As an experienced professional in CACI's growing Business and Information

Technology Solutions (BITS), you will be a part of a team environment that provides opportunity to grow and advance, while changing the way the government

delivers software applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the program manager and leaders on CACI and program business activities
  • Participate in roadmap discussions and incorporate industry experience into solutions and proposed improvements
  • Lead efforts related to product market research, analysis of alternative (AoA), business case, demonstration,
  • development, implementation, deployment, and sustainment
  • Manage strategic projects
  • Provide recommendations based on long-term program strategy for enterprise level global model including major
  • enhancements and customer implementations
  • Manage business modernization initiatives in support of a DoD shared-service ERP program objectives
  • Produce and present program documentation and briefings to PMO leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with seven years of solution implementation experience
  • Project management expertise for planning, executing, and completing large scale projects across multiple teams
  • Experience as Solution Analyst implementing and supporting business solutions
  • Experience with DevSecOps best practices
  • Proficient authoring and presenting program solution documents
  • People management skills needed to lead a diverse team of experts across both technical and non-technical roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate plans and strategies to
  • executive level positions
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain an IT-II background investigation.

Desired skills:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Experience with Agile Software Development methodology
  • Experience with Release Management Processes
  • Agile Scrum, ITIL certifications.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$82,100-$172,400
