Job Description:

The Opportunity:

Join CACI as the prime contractor on a growing program supporting NAVSEA 03D3 Digital Program Office as a Cloud Architecture Analyst supporting the Navy Maintenance and Modernization Enterprise Solution (NMMES), a mission-critical program that supports over 45,000 users executing naval ship and submarine maintenance operations worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, design, evaluate, and plan Business Architecture & Information Technology Systems Architecture to optimize the enterprise IT architecture

  • Apply in-depth knowledge of enterprise logic, systems, programming, and components across NMMES platforms

  • Maintain broad knowledge of agency business, data, technology, applications, and organizational views

  • Provide technical assistance to agency information technology staff

  • Evaluate and implement new technology across all areas of IT including platform, operations, network, applications, and security

  • Work with CIO, IT Managers, and Project Managers to ensure architecture alignment and maximization

  • Design and implement cloud solutions that support both legacy and modern applications

  • Ensure architectural readiness for future development

  • Lead cloud migration strategies and implementation efforts

  • Develop and maintain cloud architecture documentation and standards

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Must be a US Citizen with an active Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

  • At least 5 years of experience in cloud architecture or related area

  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  • Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks

  • Understanding of security requirements for cloud implementations

  • Experience leading cloud migration initiatives

Desired:

  • Experience with DoD/Navy programs or similar government IT systems

  • Knowledge of DoD cloud security requirements and FedRAMP

  • Familiarity with microservices and containerization

  • Experience with hybrid cloud architectures

  • Understanding of DevSecOps principles

  • SAFe certification

  • Cloud platform certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

  • Experience with legacy system modernization
