The Opportunity:

CACI is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Compensation Analyst to join a dynamic team that collaborates in the development, implementation, and optimization of CACI’s compensation programs. In this role, you will support the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs to ensure market competitiveness, internal equity, and compliance with regulations. This role will collaborate with HR and business leaders to provide analytical insights and recommendations on compensation practices, salary structures, and incentive plans. This position will report to the Director, Compensation Consulting.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Serve as the strategic compensation partner to business leaders and Talent Acquisition
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to business leaders on compensation-related matters, including job evaluations, salary structures, incentive plans, and pay equity.
  • Contribute innovative compensation solutions to solve unique challenges of the business.
  • Analyze compensation data to ensure internal equity across roles and levels.
  • Support the annual compensation planning process.
  • Perform job mapping and market pricing for roles at CACI.  
  • Prepare and deliver compensation-related reports and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Partner with key stakeholders and consultants, including Finance, Legal, and HR, to ensure the effective execution of compensation programs.
  • Keep abreast of the regulatory environment and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Participate in compensation-related projects and provide input on best practices.
  • Actively seek to improve process efficiencies in all compensation related tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, HR, Business Administration or related field
  • 3-5 years of Compensation consulting experience
  • General Compensation, Sales Compensation and/or Executive Compensation experience
  • Strong analytical and technical skills including advanced expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and Workday HRIS, Payfactors.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees within the organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills — including excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • The ability to be comfortable and work independently with ambiguous directions in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment.
  • US Citizenship required

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$68,400-$143,700
