Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Compute Strategy to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our compute capabilities and driving our strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consulting, with experience from top-tier firms such as Boston Consulting Group or McKinsey & Company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive compute strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative compute solutions.
  • Analyze market trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise in compute technologies and strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of compute-related projects and initiatives

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Humanities, or related field.
• 8+ years of Product Management or related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

•    15+ years of Product Management or related work experience.

•    4+ years of working in a large matrixed organization.

•    2+ years of working with operating budgets and/or project financials.

•    2+ years of negotiating 3rd party business agreements.

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:

$189,000.00 - $284,000.00

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted.
