How We’re Organized
Workplace Experience: Encompasses end-to-end strategic real estate work from transactions to facilities. Departments include On-Site Solutions (inclusive of Facilities Management, Hospitality Operations, Document Management and Ground Transportation), Events, Client and Production Engineering, Real Estate Strategy, Real Estate Development and Capital Management.
Office of Global Security: Protects the people and assets of Goldman Sachs to ensure a safe and secure environment. Assesses risk to enable the delivery of effective security, fire and life safety protocols and leads crisis management preparation, implementation and recovery processes. Includes Physical Security & Investigations, Executive Protection, Fire Safety, Crisis Management, Risk and Health and Safety teams.
Chief Operating Officer: Aligns division-wide functions to drive strategic cohesiveness, consistency and efficiency. Departments include CWS Management and CWS Engineering which provides enabling engineering solutions supporting real estate and facilities management, on-site solutions, safety and security and CWS data and analytics.
Regional Office Leadership: Supports the firm in driving regional priorities and strategy in Dallas and Salt Lake City in partnership with local leadership.
JOB SUMMARY
This role is focused on the development of a new campus in Dallas with strategic influence over new product innovation for future portfolio workplace experiences. This individual will help drive our Dallas campus development and delivery strategy- with collaborative impact and influence on our global portfolio of real estate development work. The Dallas Development Project (DDP) is am 800,000 sf build to suit campus in Dallas with a multitude of uses, allowing for the consolidation of staff from multiple facilities into one. Goldman Sachs seeks to appoint an experienced manager with the ability to influence local, regional, national and in some cases international market engagement, procurement and delivery – with a great deal of focus on the DDP interiors. The role represents an exceptional opportunity for a candidate with expertise, high ambition and a sense of ownership for the quality of interior spaces that offer a best in class workplace. The role will report to the Project Director for the Dallas Development Project.
RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is responsible for driving our DDP Interiors package through final design/specification, procurement and installation, migration and handover - ensuring the product meets the Owner’s aspiration, direction and performance specifications. This includes:
