The Retail Project Manager executes internal client requests ensuring on-target, on-time, on-budget, on-brand delivery of retail collateral. The role is responsible for shepherding 3D design concepts through the creative development process, and handing off to production.



What you'll be doing:

  • Leveraging knowledge and understanding of graphic design, creative, and production to facilitate effective communication between client and departmental teams.

  • Participate in creative development meeting ensuring final output is on mark.

  • Provide project management follow-through and accurate delivery.

  • Ensuring all regulatory, legal, and compliance and branding guidelines are followed to the letter on their assigned businesses.

  • Managing expectations with clients and departmental teams.

  • Negotiating timelines and budgets and ensuring that all deadlines are maintained.

  • Reviewing client change requests and responding with impacts and paths forward

  • Working with production and studio to ensure proper specifications are documented and delivered against

  • Facilitating proper processes are met and signs offs are secured.

  • Partnering with outside agencies in managing clients’ promotional and retail efforts.

  • Developing and maintaining solid client relationships; encouraging a collaborative approach with departmental team members.



What we’re looking for:

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or two or more years of work experience.

  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Experience in 3D retail store design/visual merchandising.



Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a 3D design field, communications, or project management.

  • Three or more years of professional level experience in a project management role either in an external or internal agency. 

  • Outstanding project management and client communication skills, achieving the highest possible standards in client service.

  • Basic knowledge of clients’ business challenges to provide communications solutions and project management execution.

  • Ability to manage competing requests in a fast-paced environment.

  • Successful track record with client service in a 3D or creative/fabrication or construction environment.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, both through idea generation and assessment of ideas generated by others.

  • Are a team player with excellent relationship building skills.

  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Adept at crisis management.

  • Are resourceful and solution oriented.

  • Excellent written, verbal, communication and presentation skills.

  • Excellent creative project management skills, highly organized and ability to multitask effectively.

  • Ability to gain client trust and effectively manage client expectations.

  • Strong understanding of the creative process, as well as design and 3D production.

Where you’ll be working

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $103,000.00 and $191,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
