CACI's Business and Information Technology Solutions (BITS) Sector is seeking a Data Analyst in support The Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the MyNavy HR enterprise (OPNAV N16) is for executing the development and sustainment of all information technology (IT) capabilities supporting OPNAV N1. Responsibilities of the CIO include oversight of Deputy CIOs at the Echelon II/III level for the Bureau of Naval Personnel (BUPERS)/Navy Personnel Command (NPC), Naval Education and Training Command (NETC), and Navy Recruiting Command (NRC). The CIO ensures that IT architecture, solutions, data, and operational performance efficiently meets the evolving mission and business needs across the entire MyNavy HR enterprise. Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for maintaining knowledge of online analytical processing (OLAP) tools. Gathers analytical requirements working with subject management experts. Develops data frameworks for data analysis to support end-user data discovery. Designs and develops data models that optimize analytical reporting performance. Develops data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and loading processes between transactional and analytical systems. Builds reports, dashboards, and OLAP databases to support end-user reporting and information requirements. Performs statistical analyses on data and predictive forecasting. Analyzes and interprets results using statistical techniques. Interpret trends or patterns in complex and data sets.

You will support MyNavy HR functional data management, data governance, and business intelligence and analytics. You will Identify relevant data security requirements, define data security policy and standards, assess current security risks and implement controls and procedures.

Plan, analyze, develop, and design data integration and interoperability solutions. Plan, implement, and control activities necessary to store, protect, and access data found within electronic files and physical records (including graphics and images {e.g. scanned service record documents}.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, mathematics, statistics, business, engineering, physical science, or Management Information Systems.

Ten Years General Experience: Data Analysis, and/or Statistical Analysis, and/or Problem Solving, and/or Content Management, and/or Software and Network Programming. Electronic Documentation and/or Information Assurance, Cybersecurity. System Administration and/or Network administration and/or database administration Management, and/or Data Governance, and/or Data Quality, and/or Test Data Management, and/or Data Architecture, and/or Data Security.

Specific Experience: Programing (SQL, JAVA, Python, R), D and/or Analysis Software (e.g., Excel, SAS, SPSS), and/or Knowledge of Database Query Language (e.g., SQL), and/or Report Creation and Data Visualization (Tableau and R Studio), Understanding of Statistical Methods and Techniques to Analyze Data, DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF), Managing Enterprise Level Cross Functional Teams.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$94,400 - $198,300
