Job Description

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Director/Solutions Architect to join a flourishing federal contracting company based out of McLean, VA. The Director/Solutions Architect  is responsible leading the development of programmatic solutions to support business development opportunities for aligned client base.

Responsibilities of the Director/Solutions Architect include:

• Provide guidance and oversight on all solutions presented to solve complex business needs
• Navigates a team through engagement and discussions with client and cross-functional teams
• Serves as lead solutions architect for program, business-related opportunies and projects
• Maintains a robust understanding of the federal marketplace including evolving priorities, challenges, market trends, and solution enhancement opportunities.

Qualifications for the Director/Solutions Architect includes:

• 10+ years of expeirence providing product solutions to the federal government
• 5+ years of leadership experience
• Knowledge of proposal technical writing and guidance of technical proposal submission
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, business or related field is required

Compensation for the Director/Solutions Architect includes:

• Salary Range: $200,000 - $220,000 **depending on experience**
