The Data Analyst for Employee Benefits will utilize Excel and a variety of internal and external data to audit CACI benefits programs (401K, HSA/FSA/ Dependent FSA, Medical/Health plans, and other voluntary benefits) accurately and in a timely manner.
Will ensure benefit plans are meeting state and Federal laws and regulations, as well as benefit plan limits and eligibility. Use critical analysis to identify benefit election mismatches in multiple systems and rectify them through audit and submitting corrective files. Confirm data accuracy and maintain appropriate controls for audit verification.
NOTE: This role requires US CITIZENSHIP and is a hybrid position and is located in Oklahoma City. The ranges listed at the end of this posting are CACI’s general guidelines. The target pay for this position is 50-60k.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
