Position Specific Description
NextEra Energy and its affiliated companies are the largest generators of wind and solar renewable energy worldwide. We are looking for an Energy Resource Modeling Analyst to help design and develop new renewable energy projects. In this role, you will work with multi-disciplinary project teams to perform numerical resource modeling, support solar design optimization, estimate long-term power production, and communicate your findings to upper management to aid in investment decisions. This position also offers extensive opportunities for collaboration on both short and long-term process improvements and new product development. The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical problem-solving abilities, a strong passion for renewable energy, proficient independent decision-making skills, and a desire for professional growth.
