Job Description
Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Firewall Network Engineer to join a DoD program supporting the Department of the Navy located in Quantico, VA. The Firewall Design Network Engineer will help develop, manage, and maintain Firewall technologies in support of the USMC.
MUST HAVE IAT LEVEL III CERTIFICATION AND ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE
Responsibilities for the Firewall Design Network Engineer include:
- Help develop, manage, and maintain Firewall technologies in support of the USMC.
- Assist with daily engineering needs of the FIrewall, and help to design and integrate complex computer networks.
- Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and various network issues.
- Perform network routing, design, integration, and implementation.
Required Qualifications for the Firewall Design Network Engineer include:
- 7+ years of experience with Information Technology
- Experience maintaining, administering and engineering firewalls
- Experience utilizing technologies such as Juniper, Cisco, Palo Alto, and Fortinet
- Must have ACTIVE IAT III CERTIFICATION: CISSP, CISM, CAP, CISA, GSLC, CCISO, CCNP, GCED, GCIH, or CCSP
- Must have ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE
