Job Title:  Flex Production Technician- Click Press/ UV

Location:  Cleveland, OH

Business Unit:  Team Wendy

Schedule: Non- Exempt, 1st shift 5:00 am-1:00 pm

Purpose of Position:

The Flex Production Technician leads a group of operators and process helpers. The Flex Production Technician is responsible for operating and maintaining various production work flow in a manufacturing environment.  Ensure the efficient production of high-quality products by following established procedures and protocols. This role requires adaptability and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Essential Duties and/or Functions:

  • Operate and monitor production and troubleshooting. 
  • Identify and report any defects or issues in the production process. 
  • Assist in the preparation and staging of materials and components for production runs. 
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of production schedules. 
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities. 
  • Prepare and submit reports as required by management.  
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment. 
  • Report daily productivity.
  • Assure that all quality checks are being performed.
  • Assure that all proper packaging and labeling methods are being used.
  • Able to approve and receive into our IFS system.
  • Maintain accurate inventory numbers.
  • Train operators and process helpers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized.
  • Report all machine break downs immediately.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product quality.

Required Minimum Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Computer skills. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as needed.

The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in Cleveland, OH is $19.00 to $25.00 er hour.  The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, type and years of experience within the industry, education, etc.
