Job Description:

CACI is seeking a cleared Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case Manager to support an Army Project Management Office on Ft Belvoir, VA.  Position requires knowledge of the Defense Acquisition System and demonstrated skills in managing cost, schedule, performance in a program office; product life cycle management; project team management; and preparing acquisition and contracting documents. Secret clearance required. What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Execute Foreign Military Sales acquisition management across an entire product line
  • Coordinate products and taskings across the acquisition process and life cycle phases
  • Assists with preparation and staffing Milestone documentation
  • Assist with determining contracting strategy, prepare contracting documents, and coordinate activities with Army Contracting Command
  • Participate in product IPTs, test events, test reviews, and product demonstrations
  • Assist in providing contract oversight for assigned products
  • Assist in maintaining and managing the program budget and master schedule
  • Assist with preparation of Supply Requests Packages to Defense Logistics Agency and manage transition of products from PM to DLA or Army Sustainment
  • Assist with development and drafting of Acquisition Strategies, Acquisition Plans and other acquisition documents
  • Perform financial and status reporting and basic logistics activities
  • Assist in acquisition planning and assess cost, schedule and performance risk

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Active Secret Security Clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree and >4 years of experience
  • Previous experience with FMS Case Management
  • Familiarity with Acquisition and Contracting documents (e.g., J&A, Source Selection Plans, PWS, IGCE, D&F)
  • Thorough knowledge of and experience with DODI 5000.02, Defense Acquisition System, JCIDS

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience supporting a US Army Project or Product Management Office

Work Location:  Ft Belvoir (at least 2 days per week)
