Job Summary:

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team on-site in Reston, VA.  The Full Stack Software Engineer will be responsible for providing application development and support to an eco-system of big data apps.

Responsibilities of the Full Stack Software Engineer:

-           Working face-to-face with customers, PMs, and other development teams

-           Developing, maintaining, and supporting complex software systems based upon documented requirements

-           Providing specific input to the software components of system design  

-           Designing, creating, testing, and maintaining software and web-based applications and content solutions

-           Following a formal design process using formal specifications and data flow diagrams

-           Developing and maintaining software and web development technical documentation

Qualifications of the Full Stack Software Engineer:

-           9+ years of experience as a Software Engineer

-           5+ years of experience of Full Stack Development

-           Bachelor’s Degree

-           Familiarity with NoSQL/SQL (MongoDB, PostgreSQL)

-           Experience with REST APIs, utilizing secure transport methodology

-           Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab or Jenkins

-           Microservices Architecture

-           Containerization using Docker and Kubernetes

-           Java, Spring, Springboot, MongoDB

-           Must hold a TS/SCI with CI Polygraph eligibility

Compensation for the Full Stack Software Engineer:

-           Pay Range: $150,000-$200,000 **depending on experience**
