Job Description:

The Opportunity:

Entry Level Position as a Day 1 Coordinator for the Vetting Solutions Division (VSD) onboarding new hires to VSD programs.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Performs a combination of clerical tasks to support office, business, or administrative operations, such as communication

    with new hires, requesting, preparing, and shipping materials, maintaining electronic records, searching for and compiling

    information and data, and responding to routine requests.

  • Work is routine or follows standard procedures

  • Problems faced are routine with clearly defined solutions

     

    Required Qualifications:

  • Must have High School Diploma or equivalent and two to three years of related experience.

  • Must be able to obtain and/or maintain a favorable SSBI background investigation and must be cleared prior to start date.

  • Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods and communicate

    with individuals by telephone, email, and face to face. Ability to lift 25 pounds. Normal demands associated with working in

    an office environment.
